AJ Exteriors

AJ Exteriors, is a construction company from Illinois specializing in exterior home renovations and works primarily in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Their goal was to obtain more leads through people that were organically searching the services they offered by fully optimizing their website and overall web presence.

Challenge

To make the website fully optimized for search engines, while also converting the visitors into a lead, by contacting AJ Exteriors for a job quote. The main issue with this client's existing website was that is lacked content, did not easily specify their list of exterior home renovations services.  Most importantly, their overall branding was not consistent.  There was a lack of cohesiveness between the website, social media channels and offline marketing materials. 

Solution

-  Full website re-design.

-  Custom sized and branded pictures for the portfolio of company services. 

-  A permanent call-to-action link was created on the top right of the site labeled "Free Estimate" for new client leads.  

-  Thirteen (13) new pages were built-out, specifying the list of exterior home renovations.  Doing this provides a nice breakdown of the specific services as well as an ease of visitor navigation.

-  Ten (10) new pages were built-out, focusing on geo-targeted cities.

-  Website has been fully optimized, focusing on strong content, link building and competitive keywords.

-  Custom print marketing materials (postcards, door hangers, business cards) to coincide with the company branding.

-  Custom social media marketing advertisements (cover photos and feed posts) to stay consistent with the company branding.

Results

The fully optimized website was launched in April of 2017.  Comparing the third quarter performances between 2017 and 2016; there has been an increase in Sessions by 179.10%, increase in page views by 190.73%, increase in New Users by 181.90%, and an increase in Pages Per Session by 4.16%.
