Regular people sign up to drive their own vehicles, but might not have chauffeur experience. By riding with an Uber driver with no experience, I was in a minor accident during my ride. Claiming the driver was an imposter. But still using an Uber registered plate. The customer service felt no need to address the concerns after the incident. But instead, blame me.
